As my friend and I were walking our dogs, we both agreed on: 1. How gorgeous the homes are two. How wonderful information technology was to see how they were all and then different 3. How squeamish everyone is! Information technology definitely feels similar home! I love that all the kids play together and the adults get along, as well. I go along to myself for the most role, but while walking the dogs, I've been able to encounter and then many neighbors. I admittedly love it here! Wow! The search for the perfect home started and ended after we spoke with Mary and and so toured the Magnolia Preserve model home. It's been almost a year now since I've moved into my new home built by Karen and her team at Magnolia Homes. I can honestly say that I could not have been happier with the whole experience of buying a dwelling house from them and living in one of their subdivisions. The home is extremely well built specially compared to other contractors. Karen's team, including Hunter and David, do an astonishing job orienting you with your new home and taking care of you fifty-fifty after you purchased the home! These ii gentleman are extremely professional and their people skills are impeccable. Karen, the owner of Magnolia Homes, is 1 of the most down to earth, hardworking people that I have ever been in contact with. I took our youngest son for a walk this morning time, and he e'er likes to become see what's going on with the latest building efforts. The gentlemen that are working in the new section today were so very friendly. Everyone waved and smiled and information technology was just so sugariness. The areas were all very clean, as well. I don't know how y'all manage to go along a construction site tidy because I can't fifty-fifty get two little boys to choice upwardly their room but thank you for that! The new houses in The Cove at Cypress Grove are going to be beautiful. Cheers for continuing to make this a great place to live.

David and Hunter gave us a detailed walk through and had everything ready for move-in day. They fifty-fifty helped out after we had moved in.
